25% of the United Kingdom citizens could not Live without a computer

The human Dependence on technology is increasingly not indisputable. It can be seen from the results of a recent survey sponsored by Microsoft which revealed that 1 in 4 citizens of the United Kingdom claimed that their computer is the "stuff the most irreplaceable in their lives".

Meanwhile, a third of respondents said that they used other computers more than two hours at night, although they also have to wear them all day for the purposes of the work.

One of the seven respondents even claimed that one ideal way of spending the night they are exploring virtual worlds while sipping a glass of wine.

Further, a poll of around two thousand respondents also revealed that 14 per cent of the citizens of the United Kingdom rate their laptop as part of the clothing accessories. While 25 percent said that their computers more describe their personalities rather than clothes.

"The meaning of PC to consumers at this time is the same as the value of the car in the 20th century," said expert futurology Dr. Rachel Lawes's Parotia as quoted Telegraph, Monday (11/7/2011).

Approximately 68 percent of respondents as well as 78 percent of respondents aged 18 to 24 years old claimed to prefer to have a PC rather than television. Six out of 10 respondents are even willing to swap their audio device with a computer-based device in the next three years.
