Apple Releases Final Cut Pro X

Apple has released Final Cut Pro X, the latest version of video editing professional software for Mac users.

Previously, last April at NAB, Apple has showed that professional video editing software has many new features and also the new prices. As quoted from Mashable, Wednesday (6/22/2011).

Final Cut Pro X is available in the App Store Mac with USD299,99. This shows that the price of the software is much cheaper, Final Cut Studio used in the 2009 is sold at USD999,99. Other ancillary applications such as Motion 4 and Compressors 5 sold each at USD49,99.

Final Cut Pro X is the largest update to suite the best editing, not small-capacity because it is now built with 64-bit support. That means that these applications can take advantage of additional memory space on Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Mac OS X Lion.

"Apple has been a leader in professional video editing in the last decade, but in recent years, pro video questioning the company's commitment to market video editing software ," said Phill Schiller, Senior Vice President of marketing Apple products Worldwide.

"As a longtime user of Final Cut Pro, I was getting frustrated with this product, even I do not use this professional editor. In the past year, I was using Adobe Premiere CS5 for most projects, due to speed and feature set, "he said.
