Samsung says they cast its case through the Court of Seoul with five charges of patent infringement by Apple. Separate demands made in Tokyo with two patent infringement allegations, and also three demands that dilayangkan in Mannheim, Germany. Such as quoted from AFP, Friday (22/4/2011).
"Samsung is responsible with the demands of the dilayangkan to us, and for the sake of protecting our intellectual property rights, as well as to assure the continuation of our innovation," said Samsung's Party in a statement. However, such abuses were not informed what is violated by Apple.
Counter-claim was done a week after Apple demanded Samsung in San Francisco, USA, which claimed that South Korea company was cheating the tablet PC and the Apple smart phone.
Apple demands say if Samsung phone and Galaxy Tab cheating iPhone and iPad.
The Galaxy is the closest competitor to iPad Tab, which now dominates the market for touch screen devices.
